When your atoms are reassambled on the next floor, do you think you'll still be the same person?

Bypass the treacherous corridors ahead, or press on through known dangers. Using the Portal could alter more than your location. Be warned: not all that is skipped is avoided.

The Portal is a rare landmark that can be found on every floor except the last floor of a biome. It is always within the first 25% of the floor. The primary output of the Portal is the teleportation, but it's also a great source of experience.

Mechanics

You can either take the portal or pass. Taking the portal will instantly teleport you to the beginning of the next floor, but has a medium chance of applying a curse.

The real cost of the portal is what you are giving up on the floor ahead of you.
